Teens - Children - Adults

Teens: The teen years are some of the toughest. This is a time when we begin to seek and establish our lifelong identity. Issues with body confidence, conflict in relationships, substance abuse and other self destructive behaviors run rampant.   Metropolished has a heart for teens. Each week, we begin our classes by having ‘heart to heart' talks. Then we move on to lessons that cover practical skills such as etiquette, communication, nutrition, and poise.  And of course, we provide an opportunity for teens to ‘come out of their shells' and find their own personal styles through our fashion, modeling and acting classes.

Children: "Do this!" "Don't do that!" Children hear those words so often they sometimes tend to block them out. Our teaching approach offers fun, activity oriented ways for your child to learn practical skills, such as table etiquette, speaking manners, and cooperating with others. Our dance time at the beginning of each class gives your child the opportunity to learn rhythm, follow choreography, and feel like a part of a team.  And our acting and runway classes provide your child with early experiences on stage; enhancing confidence and self-expression.
